Zest Legal handles four main partner visa types: the Onshore Partner Visa (subclass 820/801), the Offshore Partner Visa (subclass 309/100), the Prospective Marriage Visa (subclass 300), and the New Zealand Citizen Family Relationship Visa (subclass 461).
The Onshore Partner Visa (820/801) is for applicants already in Australia, while the Offshore Partner Visa (309/100) is for those applying from outside Australia. Both are two-stage visas — a temporary visa is granted first, followed by a permanent visa after a waiting period.
This visa allows someone overseas to travel to Australia to marry their Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen partner. After marrying, the holder can then apply for a partner visa.
This visa is for non-New Zealand family members of New Zealand citizens who are living in Australia on a Special Category Visa (subclass 444).
Zest Legal follows a three-step process: an initial eligibility consultation, preparation and lodgement of the visa application, and ongoing support until the visa is granted by the Department of Home Affairs.
